Your print is carefully and professionally packaged and sealed in a protective industrial tube for safe shipping. Once received, the print tube should only be opened by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing. If not opened by a professional framer, Helen McCullagh Art will not be responsible for any damage to the print.

Artist Prints are custom ordered — once you have placed and confirmed your order they are non-refundable due to change of mind.

Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Yes — we ship worldwide. All works are professionally packaged to ensure safe arrival. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and the type of work ordered. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time for framing or custom packaging on original works.
